- At a financial services institution with over $100 billion in assets under management, conducted an assessment of a $50 million compliance driven product delivery program. The assessment resulted in identification of significant delivery timeline and program governance gaps which could have impacted the companies overall market position. Working with an executive leadership team, a program strategy was developed and implemented which improved products in the marketplace as well as enhanced time and budget estimates.
- As part of a Executive Strategy Consulting team, developed the executive vision, functionality and project estimates for an industry leading investment banking web portal. Direct responsibilities included working with Investment Banking Executives and Research Analysts to develop the data and functionality requirements. The web portal will increase global coordination within the investment bank and provide an analytical registry for a specific type of emerging securities.
- Responsible for the project management activities related to the consolidation analysis of multiple Clarify customer relationship management application instances at a Fortune 500 client. The project resulted in a four year consolidation roadmap for three global Clarify instances including estimates for cost, resources and duration.
- Project Manger and Technical Specialist for the change control portion of a $5 million engagement at a Fortune 50 manufacturing client. Provided project management and Sarbanes-Oxley compliant change control design consulting services. Within nine months an efficient Sarbanes-Oxley compliant change control architecture for 30 web based applications and 2 ERP systems was designed, created, tested and implemented.
